Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Analyst to join our financial analysis department. As a key member, you will be responsible for conducting thorough credit underwriting of proposals from non-banking finance companies (NBFCs) and finance institutions (FIGs), adhering to bank policies.

Our team relies on the successful candidate to maintain a high-quality portfolio by efficiently processing all credit proposals and ensuring effective post-disbursement credit control. You will also ensure timely completion of credit appraisals in accordance with bank policy while fostering close cooperation with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct CIBIL and internal dedupe checks as per process.
• Analyze proposals received from the business/sales team, raise and resolve queries as necessary.
• Participate in senior management meetings and branch visits to review proposals.
• Prepare comprehensive credit appraisal memos for term loans to NBFCs/FIGs, covering essential aspects of management, financials, operations, portfolio reviews, and cash flow analysis within the designated timeframe.
• Recommend suitable loan amounts and present loan proposals to the credit committee.
• Draft sanction letters outlining key conditions stipulated.
• Conduct loan utilization checks and monitoring visits at regular intervals.
• Follow up with delinquent clients, assessing ongoing early warning signals of existing clients.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills and strong knowledge of credit assessment and risk management. They should be able to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
