Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled accounting professional to oversee financial operations for our hotel and resort portfolio in the United States. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of US accounting standards, financial reporting, and bookkeeping.
The role involves managing daily income audits, reconciliations, and month-end processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance. The successful candidate must have hands-on experience with income journal loading, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily income journal loading and reconcile revenues with supporting reports from property management systems (PMS)
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements on a monthly basis
- Prepare and submit financial reports to stakeholders as required
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in hotel accounting functions, including income journal loading, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with property management systems (PMS) and other financial software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work closely with US stakeholders and communicate effectively
