Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with a strong background in mobile banking solution development to play a key role in the design, implementation, and enhancement of our mobile banking platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mobile technologies, banking systems, and business processes, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure the successful delivery of mobile banking solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Analyze existing systems, processes, and data structures to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and innovation in mobile banking solution development.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that visualize the user interface and user experience of mobile banking applications.
  • Define test cases, validation scenarios, and acceptance criteria to ensure the quality and reliability of mobile banking solutions, collaborating with QA engineers throughout the testing process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in mobile banking solution development, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
