About Life Skills Program Coordination:

This role is designed for a self-motivated individual to oversee the implementation of life skills programs at schools across various locations.

The successful candidate will work closely with school management, teachers, and academic heads to ensure smooth program implementation, leveraging their exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with content teams to develop high-quality program content, reviewing and approving prior to implementation.
  • Maintaining accurate implementation timelines, taking decisive actions to ensure successful program delivery at assigned schools.
  • Presenting and collaborating with school representatives to foster strong partnerships, driving business development activities forward.

Ongoing tasks also include program roll-out, class instruction, teacher training, parent and teacher orientation, effectiveness observation, and LMS support. Additional responsibilities include ongoing teacher assistance, data collection and reporting, identifying areas for improvement, and occasional travel to assigned schools.
