About the Opportunity:

This is an exciting role within our Learning/Service Delivery team, where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our programs.

As a Program Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for learners, providing guidance and support throughout their program journey;
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to manage program timelines and ensure seamless deliverables;
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline program delivery and enhance learner satisfaction;
  • Ensuring that all learning communications adhere to quality standards and branding guidelines.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong English language proficiency;
  • Ability to respond to queries and adapt to new software platforms and tools;
  • Customer-focused mindset, with experience in resolving inquiries professionally and effectively;
  • Detail-oriented approach, with high attention to detail in written communication and problem-solving;
  • Collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work across teams to provide exceptional learner support;
  • Experience in EdTech or a related field is preferred.
