Job Opportunity: Implementation Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to assume the role of Implementation Coordinator for Life Skills Programs.

As the Implementation Coordinator, you will oversee the successful implementation of our programs at schools across AP and Telangana, working closely with school management, teachers, and academic heads to ensure a smooth and impactful program delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Program Development:
    • Collaborate with the content team to ensure program quality, contributing to the creation, review, and signoff of programs prior to implementation.
    • Day-to-day involvement with the content team, actively participating in content quality and ensuring program readiness for market launch.
    • Contribute to strategy and planning for multiple offerings, including workshops, seminars, and training programs for parents, teachers, and students.
    • Support marketing and operations strategies and rollouts.
  • Program Implementation:
    • Oversee implementation of Lean Hyphen's Life Skills Programs across assigned schools, maintaining timely delivery and milestones.
    • Ensure successful implementation by making key decisions and taking necessary actions for smooth program delivery at assigned schools.
    • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders for seamless functioning and program success.
  • School Collaboration:
    • Presentations and collaboration activities to foster networking and acquire new schools to support business development.
    • Provide additional support to build business and brand image.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads.
    • Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback from schoolteachers and management.
    • Address concerns and challenges faced by schools during implementation.
    • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for school staff on program delivery.
  • Program Delivery:
    • Assure smooth program rollout at schools, especially high school programs.
    • Conduct classes for students as required.
    • Conduct training programs for teachers as needed.
    • Conduct orientation programs for parents and teachers as required.
    • Evaluate program delivery effectiveness by observing classes conducted by teachers.
    • Provide support on Learning Management System (LMS), including content management, first-level support to schools, and coordination with LMS technical teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
  • Teacher Support:
    • Offer ongoing support and guidance to teachers in delivering programs effectively.
    • Conduct training sessions on program content, pedagogy, and assessment methods.
    • Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing among teachers.
  • Data Collection and Reporting:
    • Collect data on program implementation and impact.
    • Prepare reports for Lean Hyphen to inform future actions.
    • Identify areas for improvement based on received feedback.
  • Travel:
    • Based in Hyderabad, willing to travel to assigned schools for program implementation and support activities in Telangana and Andhra locations.
