Project Coordinator for Dynamics 365 and SAP Implementation

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 and SAP platforms. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of project management, team coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing project plans, defining scope, allocating resources, and establishing milestones and timelines
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of modules such as Finance & Operations (F&O), Supply Chain, manufacturing(SCM), procurement, Sales, Customer Service, and pharmaceutical experience including GxP validation/regulatory requirements
  • Facilitating requirement gathering, solution design workshops, testing, and go-live planning

The successful candidate will ensure alignment between business requirements and system functionality, with excellent project coordination skills.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Managing end-to-end project lifecycles for implementations or enhancements
