About a Leadership Role

Entrepreneurs looking to advance their business require professionals with expertise in go-to-market strategies and channel management. At this company, we are seeking an experienced Senior Distribution Consultant to facilitate Dealer/Distributor onboarding, territory management, and Channel Incentive structures.

The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in Channel Sales & Operations or Consulting in FMCG or allied sectors. A degree in Business Administration or a related field would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new Dealer / Distributor onboarding
  • Managing Dealer/Distributor onboarding, territory expansion, and Channel Incentive structures
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Providing strategic, analytical, and problem-solving support to the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Channel Sales & Operations or Consulting in FMCG or allied sectors
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
