Job Title: Vice President of Fundraising

About our organization.

We are an Indian Early-Stage Venture Capital firm investing from our fourth fund, with a focus on tech investments across consumer, B2B, software and hardware for the Indian market. We lead investments in selected companies and work closely with them to drive growth.

This is a dynamic role requiring a professional who can leverage existing relationships and networks to open new fundraising opportunities, identify, engage and onboard high net worth individuals (HNIs) and Family Offices to invest in our fund.

The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking or AMC Sales, with a strong network of HNIs, UHNIs and Family Offices, especially in Mumbai and surrounding regions. Additionally, excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build trust and credibility with sophisticated investors.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: 10 to 15 years in Wealth Management, Private Banking or AMC Sales
  • Network: Strong connections with HNIs, UHNIs and Family Offices, particularly in Mumbai and its surroundings
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities
  • Credibility: Ability to build trust and credibility with discerning investors
  • Independence: Proven capability to drive fundraising or investment sales independently

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience working with or fundraising for a Venture Capital, PE or Alternatives Fund
  • Knowledge of alternative investment products, PMS/AIF strategies or private market investing
