We are seeking talented individuals to join Ayushvi Health Pvt Ltd as Business Development Consultants. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to contribute to our growth while developing skills in sales and client relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to transition clients from appointment to delivery, ensuring progress is tracked and sales data is analyzed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Prepare engaging sales presentations and proposals for potential clients.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build and nurture professional relationships.

Skill Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Conversational proficiency in Kannada is required. South/North Indian languages are an added advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A team player with a 'Go-getter attitude' is a must.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is ₹2.5 LPA - ₹3.5 LPA + Performance Based Incentive after probation. We offer a hybrid work model with both inside and offline responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering, Nursing or any Bachelor's degree with good communication skills.
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience(Freshers also can apply).
