
Sales Outreach Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Telecaller to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound queries, explaining product services, and converting leads into successful sales or appointments.
The key responsibilities of the Telecaller include:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers or clients
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries
- Provide information about products and services, and generate interest
- Schedule appointments or demos as required
- Maintain accurate records of calls and update the CRM
The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal communication skills in English, Tamil, Hindi, or Regional language, strong interpersonal and persuasive skills, basic computer knowledge, and familiarity with CRM tools.
Preferred skills include experience in BPO, Telemarketing, or Telesales environment, good listening and problem-solving skills, and a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
