Job Title Tele callerDepartment Sales Customer Support MarketingLocation PondicherryEmployment Type Full-time Part-timeReports To Team Leader ManagerJob Summary We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers handling inbound queries explaining product services and converting leads into successful sales or appointments The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills a customer-focused mindset and a desire to achieve targets Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective customers or clients - Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries - Provide information about products services and generate interest - Schedule appointments or demos as required - Maintain accurate records of calls and update the CRM - Follow-up with leads and maintain consistent communication - Meet daily weekly monthly call and conversion targets - Handle objections and present suitable solutions Requirements - Minimum qualification High School Diploma Bachelor s degree preferred - Proven experience as a Telecaller Customer Support Representative or similar role - Excellent verbal communication in English Tamil Hindi Regional language - customize as needed - Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills - Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus - Ability to handle pressure and meet targets Preferred Skills - Experience in BPO Telemarketing Telesales environment - Good listening and problem-solving skills - A proactive and self-motivated attitude ref updazz com
