Job Title: Enterprise JIRA Administrator with AHA and Atlassian Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned JIRA administrator to join our team. As an experienced professional in JIRA administration, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and user experience of our JIRA instances.

You will leverage your strong expertise in JIRA customization, workflow automation, and scripting using technologies like Groovy, JQL, and REST API. Additionally, you will manage and optimize the broader Atlassian tools environment, including JIRA.

Your hands-on experience integrating AHA Roadmaps with JIRA is essential in ensuring strategic alignment and efficient execution. You will maintain a solid understanding of JIRA permissions, security, and user management, implementing best practices.

You will work effectively across Atlassian Cloud and Data Center environments. Your familiarity with common JIRA plugins such as ScriptRunner, Automation for JIRA, BigPicture, and Portfolio is also crucial.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience: Proven experience in JIRA administration and Atlassian tools.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong expertise in JIRA customization, workflow automation, and scripting (Groovy, JQL, REST API).
  • Integration Expertise: Hands-on experience integrating AHA Roadmaps with JIRA.
  • Security and User Management: Solid understanding of JIRA permissions, security, and user management.
