  • We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to lead our Residential business vertical. As Sr. General Manager - Legal, you will be responsible for all legal matters related to residential projects.
  • You will develop and implement legal frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and compliance policies aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Your expertise in real estate law, land acquisition, litigation, and regulatory compliance will be instrumental in ensuring seamless execution of real estate transactions while mitigating legal risks and ensuring statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Legal Strategy & Regulatory Compliance: Develop and implement legal frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and compliance policies aligned with the company's business objectives.
  2. Real Estate Transactions & Due Diligance: Oversee legal due diligence for land acquisitions and property investments for residential properties.
  3. Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Lead and address litigations arising out of disputes related to property, contracts, and tenant agreements.
  4. Contract Management & Legal Documentation: Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate agreements across Residential sector.
  5. Risk Management: Develop legal risk mitigation frameworks to protect the company's assets and brand reputation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or Master's degree in Law (LLM).
  • 20+ years of legal experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in real estate law, land acquisition, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong experience handling Residential projects.
