Job Title: Telecom Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Telecom Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex telecommunications systems.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud-based contact center solutions, including NICE inContact and CXone. You will work closely with senior management to develop and execute strategies that align with organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include establishing implementation strategy and metrics-driven processes to ensure quality of delivery and uptime of IT infrastructure.

You will negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure and manage infrastructure-related products and services. Developing disaster recovery plans and conducting testing to detect faults is also a critical aspect of this role.

In addition, you will engage with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical requirements. This includes working closely with business units, IT departments, and external vendors to align telephony solutions with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage complex telecommunications systems.
  • Develop and execute strategies that align with organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 3-8 years of overall experience.
  • Must have experience in NICE inContact or CXone solutions, including voice, chat, email, and SMS channels.
  • Collaborate with architecture teams to design and implement call flows, IVR systems, and backend integrations using API.
  • Contact Center domain experience is a plus.
  • Certifications in contact center management or NICE CXone platforms are advantageous.
