Technical HubSpot Specialist

The role of a Technical HubSpot Specialist is to effectively utilize the capabilities of the HubSpot platform to enhance business processes, providing support and training to team members.

Responsibilities include:

  • Configuring and managing the HubSpot CRM, ensuring proper setup and alignment with business needs.
  • Creating and managing custom dashboards, reports, and workflows to support various departments.
  • Building and optimizing sequences and automation workflows to improve marketing, sales, and customer service processes.
  • Performing regular data imports, exports, and integrations with other tools as needed.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving HubSpot-related issues, providing technical support to users.
  • Training and supporting team members on HubSpot best practices, ensuring effective platform usage.
  • Staying updated with new HubSpot features and updates, implementing them to optimize business processes.
  • Monitoring system performance, ensuring data integrity and proper usage across teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of dedicated experience working with HubSpot CRM in a technical or admin capacity.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot's reporting, dashboard, workflow, and sequence-building capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
