Lead Sales Executive - Affordable Housing

We are seeking a skilled sales leader to drive team performance and exceed sales targets in the affordable housing segment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Team Management: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Sales Performance: Manage and motivate the team to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for home loans and LAP.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by expanding partner networks, building relationships with builders and developers, and exploring emerging markets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share, revenue, and profitability, focusing on the needs of the affordable housing segment.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong client relationships, providing excellent service, addressing queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the loan process.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in sales, specifically in home loans and LAP segments.
  • Strong background in affordable housing finance.
  • Excellent team leadership, mentoring, and sales management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Strong business development and relationship management abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
