Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Core HR specialist to lead our organization through optimizing existing configurations and ensuring a seamless user experience.

About the Role:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Core HR, including enterprise structures, legal entities, business units, jobs, positions, grades, and other foundational HR setups.
  • Configure and personalize Redwood pages using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) Express Mode and Business Rules to align with business requirements.
  • Implement and manage HCM security components, including roles, security profiles, and Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
  • Configure and troubleshoot approval workflows, Journeys, and notifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with Oracle's quarterly updates, specifically monitoring new Redwood features and mandatory migration timelines.
  • Assess the impact of new features and changes on existing configurations and customizations.
  • Conduct thorough testing in non-production environments to ensure a smooth transition with each upgrade.
