Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional Consultant with extensive experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

  • Provide technical and functional expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Design and implement best practices for effective techno-functional support for enterprise business process areas
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in Oracle Fusion HCM technology

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional or Techno-Functional Consulting
  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion and exposure to EBS
  • Strong knowledge of Process Flow, Set-up Knowledge, and Common Solutions to Modules Known in HCM
  • Experience in at least three HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit, and HR Help Desk
  • Expertise in writing/debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula
  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
  • Knowledge of SQL, Data Migration, and Customization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Early joiners preferable
