**Database Leadership Role**

The Senior Oracle Exadata Database Administrator will oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of critical Oracle RDBMS systems, including Exadata and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), to ensure availability and consistent performance for clients.

This is a hands-on position requiring solid technical skills, cloud migration experience, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and sustainment of multiple clients across various Oracle versions and platforms, ensuring operational readiness (security, health, and performance) for both on-premises and cloud-based Oracle environments.

  • Ensure continuous communications in a consultative approach with assigned client base.
  • Administer and optimize Oracle Exadata systems (compute nodes, storage cells, InfiniBand).
  • Manage Oracle databases on OCI, including provisioning, patching, backup, and recovery.
  • Lead and support end-to-end cloud migration initiatives from on-premises to OCI.
  • Design and implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions (RAC, Data Guard, GoldenGate).

**Key Requirements**

  • Minimum 8 years of production database support.
  • Hands-on experience supporting large-scale database environments.
  • Proven experience with Oracle Exadata systems.
  • Experience with Oracle RAC, ASM, and Grid Infrastructure.
