Education Advisor Role

We are seeking ambitious and goal-driven graduates or postgraduates to fill Education Advisor positions. The ideal candidate will provide guidance to prospective students on various undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

  • Offer counsel to students and provide detailed information about UG & PG courses.
  • Advise students on program selection and the admission process.
  • Record daily walk-ins and telephonic inquiries.
  • Follow up with students through calls, emails, and online chat platforms.
  • Convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions.
  • Collect feedback from participants regularly.
  • Manage assigned leads from various sources and act accordingly.
  • Provide customer-centric support throughout the decision-making journey.
