Main Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students on various undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered by our institution.
  • Provide guidance through multiple communication channels, including data calling and online chat sessions.
  • Advise students on specific degree programs and admission procedures.
  • Collect and consolidate feedback from participants.
  • Handle student inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
  • Record and maintain call logs for follow-up purposes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the education sector or a related industry.
