About this Role:

We are seeking a driven and organized Events Marketing Specialist to play a critical role in supporting and executing marketing-driven events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate event logistics, including attendee registrations, speaker coordination, and vendor management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create event-related content, including emails, social media posts, and landing pages.
  • Manage pre-event promotion and post-event engagement to maximize audience participation and retention.
  • Engage with attendees before, during, and after events to drive meaningful interactions and collect valuable feedback.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with event management platforms (e.g., Zoom, Eventbrite, Hopin).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
