This role involves supporting and executing marketing-driven events to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and strengthen industry engagement. The Event Marketing Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute both virtual and in-person events.
  • Support event logistics, including attendee registrations, speaker coordination, and vendor management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create event-related content, such as emails, social media posts, and landing pages.
  • Manage pre-event promotion and post-event engagement to maximize audience participation and retention.
  • Engage with attendees before, during, and after events to drive meaningful interactions and collect valuable feedback.
  • Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize future strategies.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with event management platforms (e.g., Zoom, Eventbrite, Hopin).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Passion for technology, AI, and professional learning events.
