Project Leadership Opportunity

This role entails overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring smooth operations through effective coordination between clients and internal departments. As a key representative, you will maintain excellent client relationships and provide valuable feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initial Project Phase: Summarize project details, collaborate with engineers on quotations, organize internal project initiation meetings, conduct feasibility studies, and plan tasks efficiently.
  • Middle Project Phase: Track progress, coordinate delays, maintain real-time communication with clients, and keep stakeholders informed about project status.
  • Resolve emerging issues promptly, engage in active dialogue with clients, solicit their opinions, and implement improvements as needed.
  • Deliver samples for certification, analyze client feedback, and identify root causes of defects.
  • Conduct quality assessments post-project completion, prepare for settlement of liabilities, and nurture long-term client relationships.
Essential Qualifications:
  • BE degree in mechanical manufacturing, mold design, marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10-15 years' experience in electronics, automotive, communications, or consumer goods industries.
  • Strong English communication skills, proficiency in reading mechanical drawings, and experience in developing similar consumer electronics products.
  • Relevant work experience in India, familiarity with the Indian market, and ability to manage teams effectively.
