About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and drive financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes. As an Associate Product Manager in our Customer Data Platform group (CDP+ and Insights+), you will work with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and deliver a great consumer experience.

The ideal candidate will blend core FP&A responsibilities with collaboration, compliance oversight, and support for strategic initiatives such as M&A, investor relations, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and long-range planning for assigned business units.
  • Develop insights to drive performance improvements through variance analysis.
  • Deliver accurate and timely monthly and quarterly financial reports to management.
  • Maintain financial models to support decision-making and scenario planning.
  • Collaborate with business and functional leaders to align operational plans with financial goals.
  • Support business reviews by providing actionable financial insights.
  • Guide teams in optimizing spend, efficiency, and ROI on key initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
  • Coordinate with controllership teams to ensure timely and accurate book closures.
  • Review accounting entries and accruals to ensure alignment with financial plans.
  • Owning the O2C process from contract structuring to revenue recognition.
  • Streamline contract-to-cash workflows with legal, sales ops, and finance teams.
  • Drive profitability analysis for products and business units.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs.
  • Evaluate business opportunities and support decision-making through financial modeling.

Requirements:

  • CA/MBA Finance/CPA or equivalent qualification.
  • 3 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in technology or high-growth sectors.
  • Strong grasp of FP&A, accounting principles, revenue recognition, and O2C processes.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP/Oracle).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
