Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Absence and OTL Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to clients in the Absence and OTL modules of Oracle Cloud HCM.

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in functional areas of work with at least 3 years in Oracle Cloud in Absence, OTL, and any other module is required.
  • Proficiency in Absence and OTL modules of Oracle HCM Cloud is essential.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.

The role requires excellent customer relationship management skills, including:

  • Ownership of delivery and customer relationship for the project being managed.
  • Mentoring and guidance to the project team, quality tracking, and team feedback.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with Oracle SMEs as needed to arrive at industry-leading solutions for clients.
  • Providing out-of-the-box solutions when necessary.

Requirements

  • Excellent command over spoken and written English.
  • Effectively managing scope and customer expectations on individual assignments.
  • Following through on all assignments and taking ownership of customer issues.
