Oracle HCM Suite Expert

As an Oracle HCM Suite expert, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our clients. You will possess broad knowledge and deep domain expertise within the Oracle HCM Suite (Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, OTL). Your strong analytical skills will enable you to interact with a global support team of functional leaders, business partners, and technical experts on day-to-day production support, enhancements, quarterly patch release testing, and issue resolution.

• Production support project experience – understanding AMS Ticketing process (Issue Management/Problem Management/Bug-fixing/Change Management), deployment process, Upgrades testing etc.
• Interaction with offshore and onshore client engagements involving implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• At least 8+ years of ERP implementation experience with minimum 4+ years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle HCM functional (Any two modules - Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, OTL).
• Cloud Technical expertise with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management in two or more of the following modules: Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
• Resolving production tickets, patch testing, Change requests. Requirement analysis and documentation of the respective Oracle environment including engagement with the Oracle customer, Oracle CSI partner and developer base.
• Collaboration on configurations, bug-fixes, quarterly patch testing and quality assurance prior to change deployment of the respective Oracle environment in compliance with established standards.
• Managing the System Admin and Security Environment of the Oracle instance as designated by role and persona; key super-permissions for the Oracle environment, patch management, POD (instance) management and provisioning, system configuration, and risk management, role / persona security management and definition, risk management, and system configuration to maintain a secure environment.
• Unit test all high level functionality including staging test scenarios and do Unit test all technical objects prior to delivery to client by documenting test results.
• Develop runbooks for all technical objects and analyze and resolve technical queries during tickets resolution by providing functional guidance to technical team.

• At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a Technical lead and minimum one production support project experience. Strong end to end experience in at least a couple of HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting (Fusion), Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll, Goals, Absence Management, Succession Planning, HR Helpdesk, Talent Review, Onboarding (Fusion), Learning (Fusion)
• Willingness to work on challenging production support projects.
• Efficient and effective communication skills both written and verbal, comfortably engaging directly with clients on detailed technical discussion.
• Experience in working with Onshore/NSA/Offshore model.
• Fast Formula creation and maintenance, HCM Data Loader, Payroll Batch Loader, HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader, Custom Role Development, and Cloud System Administration services.
• BI Publisher (RTF design /e-text /Scheduling /Parameter Handling/Bursting /backup and migration of reports to different pods).
• Visual Builder Studio experience with extending application pages and migrating changes between instances. Knowledge of Visual Builder Studio is mandatory.
• Additional Reporting Tools: HCM Extract / OTBI / Analysis Dashboard.
• Transformation formula and automating the inbound loads into HCM using HDL.
• Sysadmin activities, code deployment process, and quality assurance.
• Creating and moving changes via migration sets.
• Extending Cloud through the personalization layer.
