Lead Functional Discussions

As a seasoned Oracle HCM professional, you will lead functional discussions to analyze build requirements and brainstorm solutions that drive business growth. Your expertise in the cross-functional impact of all HCM Oracle modules, particularly HCM Core and ORC, will be instrumental in shaping our strategic initiatives.

  • Cross-Functional Impact
    • You will have a clear understanding of how various HCM Oracle modules interact and impact each other, with a focus on HCM Core and ORC.
  • Configuration and Customization
    • Proficiency in Oracle Recruiting Cloud configuration and customizations, including knowledge of ORC APIs, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, OTBI, and HCDL.
  • Data Migration and Integration
    • Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools in Oracle Cloud environments.
  • Talent Acquisition Processes
    • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition processes, including requisition management, candidate tracking, and offer workflows.
  • Functional Business Requirements
    • Ability to translate functional business requirements into technical specifications and implement them in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • 10+ years in Oracle HCM
  • Minimum 5 years specifically in ORC
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in data migration, integration, and reporting
  • Familiarity with system integration techniques
