Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outreach Specialist to join our team. As an Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for procuring comprehensive information on the data tracked by the respective department.

  • You will work closely with the team to resolve client questions as it relates to verifying information via company contacts and assist in audits on department datasets to reduce errors.
  • With limited supervision, you will ensure quality and performance meet set standards while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of content sets and industry trends.
  • Provides input and ideas for new collection methods and product enhancements related to covered content sets.
  • Assist leadership in managing queue and review team production while troubleshooting problems or issues and providing support to the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in English communication is a must.
  • Previous experience working in BPO sector for US process is preferred.
  • Certification or knowledge/experience in MS-office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
