About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Liaison Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our retail banking division, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable banking products and services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with retail banking customers to ensure their banking needs are met.
  • Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored recommendations for banking products and services.
  • Cross-sell loans, credit cards, deposits, and other banking products to existing customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries, assisting with account opening, and facilitating transactions.
  • Achieve sales and service targets set by the bank through effective relationship management and product promotion.
  • Monitor customer portfolios and follow up on renewals or upgrades to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in retail banking or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  • The ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
