- Promote Trade Advancement: Identify opportunities for trade advancement and develop strategies to drive growth in this area.
- Effectively Manage PDD and Stock: Oversee the management of PDD and stock, ensuring efficient inventory control and minimizing losses.
- Achieve 33% Repayment of Business: Develop and implement strategies to achieve 33% repayment of business, driving revenue growth and reducing debt.
- Ensure POS Management Excellence: Maintain high standards of POS management, ensuring smooth transactions and optimal customer experience.
- Exercise Business Authorization and Decision Making: Make informed decisions that align with business goals, exercising sound judgment and strategic thinking.
- Manage Deviation Approval Process: Ensure timely and effective deviation approval, minimizing disruptions and maintaining business continuity.
- Nurture Other Department Relationships: Foster collaborative relationships with other departments, promoting seamless communication and cooperation.
- Provide Training and Mentoring: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge, promoting professional growth and development.
- Conduct Outlet Visits and Customer Visits: Regularly visit outlets and engage with customers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth.
- Dispose of Repossessed Stocks Effectively: Develop and implement strategies to dispose of repossessed stocks efficiently, minimizing losses and maximizing recovery.
