Job Title: Customer Experience Strategist
Job Description:Foster strong relationships with customers to drive long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, providing strategic guidance on product adoption.
- Stay up-to-date with product features and functionality, advising customers on relevant solutions for their business needs.
- Implement proactive customer contact strategies, including project planning and change management.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to enhance our customer partnerships.
- Serve as the single point of contact for customers, ensuring timely issue resolution and driving customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer expectations and foster a deep understanding of our Value Proposition and Customer ROI.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify enhancement requests and bugs.
- Promote customer advocacy, gathering feedback and facilitating changes that impact functional areas.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, showcasing product demos and developing solutions for business use cases.
- Align with key stakeholders to establish a robust customer relationship management program (stakeholder mapping).
- Drive data-driven insights to inform focused customer engagement programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
