Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Growth Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing renewals and retention across a large customer base.

Your primary objective will be to drive customer adoption and product utilization through lifecycle engagement. This will involve executing adoption playbooks and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize retention.

You will also influence the product roadmap through customer feedback and operational insights. To achieve this, you must build trusted relationships and tailor adoption strategies per client.

This is an exciting opportunity to own and lead strategic renewal processes to minimize churn. You will operate independently in a high-paced environment and communicate effectively across diverse customer and internal teams.
