Senior Operations Lead

The ideal candidate will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive workforce strategies for our region, aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Workforce Management: Oversee all aspects of employee lifecycle management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
  2. Culture Development: Foster a culture of high employee engagement, open communication, and pride within the team.
  3. Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment process to ensure restaurants are staffed with top talent aligned with company values.
  4. HR Process Implementation: Drive the effective implementation of HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  5. Training and Development: Develop and deliver HR-specific training programs at various life stages within restaurants, promoting continuous learning and skill development.
  6. Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, identifying and nurturing future leaders at restaurant and management levels.
  7. Employee Retention: Implement strategies to improve employee retention and create a positive work environment.
  8. Strategic Advisory: Provide strategic HR counsel and guidance to Field Business Leadership.
  9. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across departments.

Analyzing HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement is essential.
