Job Opportunity:

A skilled professional is required to analyze business requirements and implement Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will configure modules, train users, and ensure seamless integration of business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and provide ERP functional consulting
  • Configure ERP systems, customize workflows, and integrate with other applications
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend optimized solutions
  • Develop process documentation and training materials
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training
  • Assist in project planning, tracking, and risk management

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Quick learner with effective communication skills
  • Basic project management and multitasking capabilities
  • Knowledge of key business domains: E-Commerce, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, Accounting

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum 2+ years in a related field

Technical Skills:

  • Odoo (Open ERP)
  • ERP Systems
