Job Title:

API Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our API project in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve project goals and targets within the desired timeframe.
  • Ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional team members to align project timelines with business objectives.
  • Maintain project progress, manage resources, and make informed decisions to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (R&D/Regulatory/Clinical/IPR/Analytical R&D/Ops/Quality/SCM) to execute project activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant guidelines and regulations in the pharma industry.
  • Apply project management concepts and tools to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Generate regular project reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience in program management.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.

Personal Attributes:

  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and SAP software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
