**Sales Development Executive**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Executive to drive business growth and revenue targets through strategic sales planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delineate and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue objectives
  • IDentify high-value clients in FMCG, FMCD, Paints and Chemicals, Auto and Auto Ancillaries, Healthcare sectors, along with a thorough understanding of their supply chain dynamics
  • Forge robust relationships with decision-makers and influencers within client organizations
  • Customize the Supply Chain Finance product offering to meet the distinct needs of each client
  • Negotiate, close, and operationalize deals by ensuring seamless execution and documentation with financial institutions
  • Provide ongoing support and account management to existing clients, conducting regular follow-ups to identify additional opportunities and upsell/cross-sell lending products
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes impacting supply chain finance
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accuracy and concurrency of pipeline data on CRM
  • Present regular sales reports and forecasts for management review

**Requirements:**

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales and relationship management, handling Commercial, Mid Market, Large corporate relationships, focused on Trade and Supply Chain Finance products with reputable banks/NBFCs/Fintechs
  • Deep understanding of supply chain finance products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
  • Ability to work efficiently with internal stakeholders, including product and technology, service teams, to ensure smooth handling of operational & service queries
  • Strong financial, analytical skills, problem-solving, and technology orientation
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving targets
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Existing relationships in sectors like FMCG/FMCD/Paints and Chemicals/Auto and Auto Ancillaries, Healthcare, along with an understanding of their supply chain, will be preferred
  • Willingsness to travel extensively for client meetings within the assigned territory
