">Job Description:This role involves leading sales growth in assigned territories. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of financial products, and the ability to build relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will be able to source new customers, mobilize cross-sell opportunities for digital products, drive growth in the existing customer base through structured solutions and engagement, and ensure high-quality service delivery to existing and new customers.
- Self-source new-to-bank customers as per standard operating procedures.
- Mobilize cross-sell opportunities for digital banking services.
- Drive growth in the existing customer base through strategic product offerings and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure 100% compliance with regulatory matters and company policies.
Performance metrics will include setting and achieving performance targets for current accounts, savings accounts, and cash assets, driving high-value customer acquisition and retention through structured products, and ensuring 100% compliance with regulatory matters.
Key Skills and Qualifications:- Complete knowledge of compliance processes and regulatory matters.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trends.
