Lead Engineering Innovation

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead high-performing engineering teams in building scalable, reliable, and user-centric products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and technical excellence within a team of engineers.
  • Drive end-to-end product development from concept to deployment ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance while maintaining high coding standards and best practices.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance in one or more backend languages such as Java, Python, or Golang.
  • Oversight of architectural decisions, design reviews, and code reviews.
  • Define and track engineering metrics to measure team performance and product quality.
  • Manage resource allocation, hiring, and career growth for team members.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends especially in the eCommerce and B2C space.
Requirements
  • 9+ years of professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years in a leadership/people management role with experience managing cross-functional or backend engineering teams.
  • Proven hands-on expertise in at least one backend programming language: Java, Python, or Golang.
  • Experience in building and scaling products for a B2C company (eCommerce domain preferred).
  • Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
