Key Sales Role

The ideal candidate will be the face of our brand, responsible for managing and enhancing the customer experience at retail stores.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers, providing product information and recommendations tailored to their needs.
  • Drive sales by understanding customer requirements and suggesting appropriate solutions.
  • Build relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
  • Ensure store presentation meets high standards, organized and stocked with products.
  • Collect feedback from customers to inform product development and improve service delivery.
  • Be comfortable sharing photographs for marketing and promotional purposes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: Prior experience in premium gifting or retail sector preferred but freshers encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication with friendly demeanor.
  • Presentation Skills: Presentable, keen eye for detail in personal grooming and attire.
