Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive our sales strategy and lead a team of agents. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing distribution channels and building productive agent networks.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Lead a team of agents and Full Time Employees, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet productivity and revenue targets.
  • Manage the performance of Business Managers and Area Managers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action.
  • Ensure all Sales Managers and agents are trained on company products and guidelines.
  • Recruit, train, and induct new agents and FLS members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve productivity and revenue.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales management with at least 3 years of domain experience.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and meeting productivity and revenue targets.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • A minimum graduate qualification.
