At RDash, we are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Leader to spearhead our performance marketing efforts.

Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving customer acquisition, improving conversion rates, and optimizing campaign performance across digital channels.

The primary KPI for this role would be the number of qualified demos generated through performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a skilled professional who can develop and execute data-driven performance marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

The successful candidate will plan and manage budgets across paid channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and programmatic platforms.

They will monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.

To achieve success, the candidate will implement A/B testing strategies and optimize ads, landing pages, and creatives for improved performance.

They will define and refine customer personas to enhance targeting accuracy.

Leveraging first-party data, retargeting, and lookalike audiences will help maximize reach and engagement.

The successful candidate will work closely with the content, design, and product teams to develop compelling creatives and messaging.

Partnerships with the sales and customer success teams will ensure alignment on lead quality and conversion processes.

Staying up-to-date on the latest SaaS industry trends, tools, and marketing innovations is essential.

Exploring and adopting new digital marketing channels will enable us to scale our campaigns.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.

3-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on SaaS products, is necessary.

Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other PPC tools is essential.

Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is desirable.

The ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment is crucial.

Excellent communication and project management skills are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's in any field is acceptable.

3-4 years of performance marketing experience in B2B SAAS is preferred.

An entrepreneurial mindset and a 'get things done' attitude are beneficial.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
