Job Title: Senior Business Operations Manager

As a Senior Business Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Strategizing and coordinating various aspects of the support service, such as staff allocation, team engagement, and monitoring of hours.
  • Overseeing the review and monitoring of quality control related to service delivery.
  • Maintaining relationships with global teams to provide exceptional client service through supervision of RDC staff, assisting with work product review, and providing guidance on testing and reporting of productivity.
  • Maintaining high technical and professional standards.
  • Promoting and upholding firm policies and procedures.
  • Developing, motivating, and training staff-level team members, advising on career development.
  • Participating in the design and delivery of training programs to continually develop and expand knowledge and expertise.
  • Proactively anticipating and addressing concerns, escalating issues as needed.
  • Maintaining personal professional development through ongoing education opportunities.
  • Collaborating on various projects and being open to working with multiple teams, demonstrating critical thinking, problem-solving, initiative, and timely completion of work.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA.
  • Professional certification (CA, ACCA, or Licensed CPA).
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in accounting and audit, preferably in the NFP industry.
  • Previous Big 4 experience is desirable.
  • Excellent technical skills in accounting, including GAAP and IFRS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant experience in providing effective management oversight of staff.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive, productive relationships.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient English language skills for frequent communication with RSM client engagement teams.
