As a talent acquisition manager, you should be able to empathize with the hiring process and deliver on key metrics given by the VP. You will have access to top hiring tools and software and be empowered to innovate and make decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement the talent acquisition strategy for the entire company.
  • Develop innovative hiring practices using new methods or channels.
  • Motivate and energize your team to provide exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Monitor market trends and ensure the strategy is aligned with industry standards.
  • Represent the company at HR-related events and networking sessions.
  • Oversee job descriptions to ensure they are high-quality and accurate.
  • Track and report metrics to the VPs.
  • Develop relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and manage procurement processes.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Proven experience of 10+ years in recruitment function BPO hiring.
  • In-depth knowledge of talent systems and software.
  • Excellent presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Graduation is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
