We are proud to have trained and certified over 380,000 information security professionals globally that have influenced the cyber security mindset of countless organizations worldwide Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and experienced Manager, Talent Acquisition, to take ownership of our recruitment efforts, focusing on junior & mid-to-senior management roles.
This role is not about transactional recruitment but rather about strategically assessing candidates to ensure a seamless fit with both the position and our organizational goals.
You will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and securing exceptional talent, all while maintaining a candidate-focused approach that emphasizes quality over quantity.
Key Responsibilities, but are not limited to: Talent Pipeline Development Identifying the organization's hiring needs, workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with hiring managers across business units Plan and implement a talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance Develop and maintain a strong and diverse talent pipeline aligned with the company's current and future hiring needs.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify top-tier candidates.
Implement a comprehensive and forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy aimed at attracting high-caliber professionals for mid to senior management roles.
Collaborate closely with department leaders and stakeholders to understand organizational goals and tailor hiring plans that align with business objectives.
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Employer Branding Strengthen employer branding through targeted and thoughtful recruitment marketing strategies, positioning the company as a top employer within the industry.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and fostering strong relationships.
Metrics and Reporting Recruitment Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies, ensuring they align with the company's goals.
Provide regular reports to senior management, offering insights on recruitment progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure full compliance with employment laws and regulations and stay informed of industry best practices to continuously refine and enhance the recruitment process.
Required skills, experience and qualifications: Bachelors/PG in Human Resources is preferred At least 12-15 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in IT & Non-IT hiring, domestic & International positions Flexibility to work overlapping hours with teams located in different time zones.
Experience with online networking tools, such as Linked In, job boards, social media and ATS platforms Increasing talent sourcing by improving direct hiring.
Must have a strong orientation to hiring manager satisfaction, an ability to foster productive team relationships, and work in a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills Computer literacy, database affinity, conversant with MS Excel, Word & Power Point.
Ability to work independently while managing recruitment projects from strategy through execution.
Experience working with reputable hiring consultants is an added advantage.
Experience leading and managing a lean hiring team, motivating them to achieve hiring targets within timelines.
