Demand Planner

We're seeking a seasoned Demand Planner to drive accurate demand forecasting, optimized inventory, and seamless supply chain execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop precise demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market insights.
  • Lead monthly forecast review meetings to drive consensus across business functions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align supply and demand.
  • Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identifying root causes for variances and driving continuous improvement.
  • Manage supply planning activities to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Utilize ERP and planning tools to create data-driven, actionable plans.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with global teams and time zones.
