Product Manager - Fintech

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and managing products in the fintech industry. Experience with NodeJS and strong understanding of backend development are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive product vision and strategy to drive business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather market insights and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to optimize product performance and user engagement.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful product launches.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in product management roles, with at least 3 years in Fintech.
  • Strong technical skills, including hands-on experience with NodeJS and strong understanding of backend development.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
