Key Growth Position: Functional Lead

A key growth role that involves driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention across fintech products. The functional lead will define and optimize growth funnels, identify new opportunities, and ensure alignment across departments to maximize business impact.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy Development:

The functional lead will develop holistic growth strategies for the OneScore portfolio covering various acquisition and engagement channels, including mobile app, website, and monetization use cases such as Personal Loans.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive month-on-month Personal Loan Volumes
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with key platform partners like Google and Meta
  • Coordinate platform integrations and new feature launches
  • Design and scale experimentation frameworks leveraging beta tools and new features introduced by partners
  • Identify and integrate emerging growth opportunities

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work with analytics, product, and finance teams to monitor KPIs and analyze campaign performance

Leadership & Mentorship:

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 6-8 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry
  • Strong experience with digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Business Manager
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships effectively
  • Expertise in agile project and sprint management methodologies
