Product Operations Executive

This is a detail-oriented and proactive role that demands strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a demonstrated ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines. They will also be proficient with project and product management tools and have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.

  • Ensure all product-related project needs are met and tasks are completed as planned and on schedule.
  • Support execution of strategic projects by coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings; prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including product plans, status reports, and operational records.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with internal standards and requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and support.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
